What Onsite Backup Solution Do You Have?
One of the most common issue we encounter with both home and more importantly business clients is loss of information due to not having a backup solution or having an inadequate backup solution.

The Three Steps To Planning Your Backup Strategy
COPIES OF YOUR DATA
Creating three or more data copies on different storage devices reduces the risk of perils typical for any such device.
Eg. Hardware failure can destroy the hard disk but not a cloud account or a network issue can stop transferring backup data online but not copying from the local disk, and so on.
METHODS OF BACKUPS
Store your copies in at least 2 different types of storage media (local drive, network share (NAS) or cloud online storage).
If your primary backup is on an external portable hard drive, then make at least one other copy in a cloud service like Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive.
OFFSITE BACKUP
The last principle of 3-2-1 backup rule is keeping one or more backups off-site, i.e. not in the same room or building as the original.
Therefore, if the original and local copies will be physically destroyed (by the theft, fire or a natural disaster), at least one data copy will be saved.
