FAQ

Q: How soon will I receive the license key by email after the order is placed?

A: License key orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm and normally you will receive the licence key via email within a hour.

Q: Can I use the license key to renew my current subscription?

A: Yes the license key supplied can be used to renew existing subscription or to start a new subscription, plus you can downgrade to Personal or upgrade to a Family subscription.

Q: I still have weeks/months left in my current subscription.  Can I purchase in advance?

A: Yes you can purchase now and activate your license key at a later date.  The subscription period only beings when you activate the software and if renewing a subscription, the licence key will extend your current subscription.

Q: Where do I download the software?  Is it the latest version?

A: When you receive the email, it will have all the information you require plus with Microsoft Office 365, you always have the latest version of Office installed or available to install.

Q: Are the license key Australian license?

A: Yes the product key are Australian license keys which are used in A/NZ region, they cannot be activated in another country but you can use Microsoft Office 365 wherever you travel.
