Next Century App Replaced by Ai Support System
It seems like so long ago now that the Next Century App (Portal) was launched back in June 2024 that provided an easy and safe portal to log into with information about your services and many guides to help you with them.
But as we all know, in the IT industry, things soon change and with the significant improvements in Ai, it’s time to replace the Portal with a new Ai Support System that makes it even simpler to provide information and support to clients.
For all those that say, oh no, not Ai, we want to deal with Nigel at Next Century, there’s no major change there and you can continue to deal directly with me, as the Ai automation is integrated into the system I now use to provide information about services, and you should not notice any difference.
As of today, the Next Century App (Portal) https://app.nexcen.au will no longer provide information, it will redirect you to https://nextcentury.net.au
