New Support Ticket System Up and Running

To help with tracking your issues and jobs we have implemented an new ticket system that will help us give you better service.

With the new support ticket system, a ticket will be created if:

  1. You use the Create Support Ticket link on the Next Century Website home page
  2. If you email or call us for assistance, we will create a ticket on your behalf
  3. You can also email helpdesk@nextcentury.support at any time which automatically generates a new ticket

Benefits of New Ticket System

  • Easier for us to track your problems or tasks and make sure that it is resolved
  • You can also view your ticket history

Below is a link for you to look at any existing support tickets but if this is the first time you have used this, click on Get a password where you can do a reset of the password
