Making it Easier to Make Appointments
The appointment calendar booking system used by the Next Century App (Portal) has been replaced by a simpler appointment calendar booking system, which you can easily get by going to the Next Century Website and clicking on the Make Appointment button
There you can select what type of appointment you require, where majority of support clients would choose IT Assistance (Support) which then looks like this below:
When you make an appointment, your mobile number will receive reminders via SMS about the Appointment and you can easily reschedule with the links provided in the email or SMS.
