Acronis True Image Backup issue not backing up Exchange or iMAP OST files

There seems to be a bug in Acronis True Image 2018 & 2019 that important exchange and iMAP email (OST) files are been omitted from the backup

If you have Acronis True Image installed on your computer and have email accounts setup in the following:

  • Microsoft Outlook – Exchange
  • Microsoft Outlook – iMAP
